The analysis of the characteristics of clinical medical postgraduates

摘要 《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》指出,要进一步加强健康人力资源建设,临床医生在其中扮演者举足轻重的角色。作为医生的“后备军”,临床医学研究生具有不同于其他专业的显著特点。本文以笔者所在高校临床医学研究生为主要研究对象,通过文献分析、问卷调查、相关性分析等研究方法,综合归纳得出临床医学专业研究生的群体特点。通过总结得出临床医学研究生群体存在以下特点:①学业压力整体较大,压力排解能力较弱;②性格倾向分布平均,不同的性格倾向可能会影响科研成果产出;③自我规划能力有待加强,规划能力有可能影响科研成果产出;④师生关系未达到理想状态,导师育人作用有待进一步发挥。根据以上特点提出研究生管理的对策建议:①优化人文类研究生课程结构,探索开展线上心理辅导;②“量体裁衣”建立个性化学术指导方案;③分级开展研究生职业生涯规划培训;④进一步强化立德树人,明确导师权责,实行动态管理。 The“Healthy China 2030 plan outline”points out that clinicians play an important role in further strengthening the construction of healthy human resources.As the“reserve force”of doctors,clinical medical postgraduates have significant characteristics different from those of other majors.This paper takes the clinical medical postgraduates of the author′s affiliated university as the main research subjects,and comprehensively summarizes the group characteristics of clinical medical postgraduates through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,correlation analysis and other research methods.It is concluded that there are the following group characteristics among clinical medical postgraduates.①The overall academic pressure is large and the ability to relieve the pressure is weak.②Personality tendency is evenly distributed,and different personality tendencies may affect the output of scientific research achievements.③Self-planning ability needs to be strengthened,which may affect the output of scientific research achievements.④The relationship between teachers and students has not reached the ideal state,and the role of tutors in educating people needs to be further given full play.According to the above characteristics,the following countermeasures and suggestions for postgraduate management are put forward in this paper:①to optimize the humanities curriculum structure for postgraduates and strive to perform online psychological counseling;②to establish a personalized academic guidance scheme by“tailoring”;③to carry out postgraduate career planning training at different levels;④to further strengthen moral education,clarify the rights and responsibilities of tutors,and implement dynamic management.
