SL1500机组偏航系统振动和噪声原因分析及解决方案探究

摘要 SL1500机组偏航系统受风向变化影响,偏航系统启动停止动作频繁,此过程中易产生异常振动和噪声,异常振动造成机组元器件本身损坏加剧、连接件松动、故障高发,强烈噪声严重损坏机组周边人文环境,使得风电场环境评价审核受阻。本文介绍了SL1500机组偏航系统的组成构件,分析偏航系统振动及噪声产生的原因,提出了具体的解决方案,并结合风电场技改实际情况予以说明。 Due to the yaw system of SL1500 wind turbine is affected by the change of wind direction,the yaw system starts and stops frequently.In this process,it is easy to produce abnormal vibration and noise.The abnormal vibration aggravates the damage of unit components,looseness of connectors,high incidence of faults,and the strong noise seriously damages the human environment around the wind turbine,which hinders the environmental assessment and audit of wind farm.This paper introduces the components of SL1500 yaw system,analyzes the causes of vibration and noise of wind turbine yaw system,puts forward specific solutions,and explains them in combination with the actual situation of technical transformation of wind farm.
