摘要
以广西百色银海发电有限公司1号汽轮发电机为例,介绍了150 MW汽轮发电机在模态试验下发现定子绕组端部出现的松动、磨损等缺陷,并分析了产生缺陷的原因,提出了相应的处理方法和预防措施,研究结果对该类型发电机定子绕组端部缺陷处理与预防具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking No.1 steam turbine generator of Guangxi Baise Yinhai Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper introduces the looseness,wear and other defects found at the end of stator winding of 150 MW steam turbine generator under modal test,analyzes the causes of defects,and puts forward corresponding treatment methods and preventive measures.The research results have certain reference significance for the treatment and prevention of stator winding end defects of this type of generator.
