摘要
微藻固碳被认为是一种绿色环保、可持续发展的固碳技术。综述微藻可用于固定烟气中CO_(2),去除污水中污染物,并且可在固碳过程中积累油脂、蛋白质、色素等物质,具有极高的经济价值。同时,由于生物质产量、采收技术、提取技术、成本等限制,微藻要实现规模化固碳并生产附加产品还面临挑战。为此,探讨了微藻的应用和面临的问题,提出了筛选高性能藻株、优化培养工艺、降低生产成本等建议,并对微藻在碳中和背景下形成复合型绿色生态产业链的综合应用进行了展望。
Climate warming has attracted global attention,and it is imminent to achieve carbon neutrality.Under such circumstances,a goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2060 has been proposed.Microalgae carbon fixation is considered as a green and sustainable technology.In this paper,it is reviewed that microalgae can be used to fix CO_(2) in flue gas and remove pollutants in sewage,as well as can accumulate oils,proteins,pigments and other substances in the process of the carbon fixation,which has extremely high economic value.At the same time,due to limitations of biomass production,harvesting technology,extraction technology,and cost,etc.,microalgae still face challenges to achieve large-scale carbon sequestration and production of additional products.By discussing the applications and challenges of microalgae,this paper puts forward suggestions for screening high-performance algal strains,optimizing the culture process,and reducing production costs.An outlook on the comprehensive application of microalgae is made to form a composite green ecological industrial chain under the background of carbon neutrality.
