摘要
吊管机是重要的管道铺设装备,在当今社会有着广阔的市场前景。工作装置是吊管机的核心部件,其设计水平的高低直接影响到整机的性能。采用虚拟样机技术,对大吨位吊管机的工作装置进行了总体设计,并对工作装置中的关键部分——配重机构进行了仿真分析。以液压缸最大驱动力最小为目标函数,对配重机构进行了结构优化。优化的结果不仅使液压缸的最大驱动力降低了24.9%,而且满足了初始举升力约束、传动角约束等条件,使机构启动更平稳,传动质量更高。
Pipelayer is an important pipeline laying equipment,which has broad market in modern society.The working device is the core component of pipelayer,whose design level influences the overall performance directly.In this paper,the working device of large-tonnage pipelayer was generally designed,and the balance weight mechanism,as a key part,was simulated and analyzed based on virtual prototype technology.The balance weight mechanism was structurally optimized with the objective function of minimizing the cylinder’s maximum driving force.The optimization result not only decreases the maximum driving force by 24.9%,but also makes the mechanism meet the requirements of initial lifting force constraint and transmission angle constraint,which will make the mechanism start steadily and have higher transmission quality.
