摘要
在数智技术引发的颠覆性环境变革下,面临经营难题的院线与影院亟须重塑传统的运营模式与价值网络,以服务逻辑替代商品逻辑,以协同共创超越分立竞争。服务生态系统理论视角恰好适应了我国传统放映端的转型需要,通过从场景体验、价值共创、数智融合与制度调控四个层面探索我国电影放映服务生态的构建机理与实践路径,能够为后疫情时期扩大电影受众规模,促进放映端及整个电影产业机制的可持续创新发展提供有益指导。
Under the disruptive changes caused by digital and intelligent technology, theater chains facing operational difficulties need to reshape the traditional operating model, replace the logic of commodity with that of service, and create synergy to surpass discrete competition. The theoretical perspective of “service ecosystem” just fits the transformation needs of China’s traditional screening system. This paper explores the construction mechanism and the practice path of film screening system from four aspects, namely scene experience, value co-creation, digital and intelligent convergence, and institutional regulation. It will attract audiences, provide guidance for promoting sustainable development of the screening system and the entire film industry mechanism, while enhance the competitiveness of China’s film industry in post-pandemic era.
