摘要 混凝土泵车泵送过程中的整机稳定性直接影响其作业性能和施工安全,提出动态稳定性系数作为泵车作业过程中整机稳定性变化的评价指标。基于有限元软件HyperWorks和动力学分析软件ADAMS,建立了某型号混凝土泵车整机的刚柔耦合动力学模型。对臂架施加泵送激励进行整机动力学仿真,得出了泵车动态稳定性系数的变化规律。结果表明:动态稳定性系数与静态稳定性系数相比下降9.05%。该方法对分析泵车整机作业稳定性和安全性具有工程应用价值。 The stability of the whole machine during the pumping process of the concrete pump truck directly affects its operation performance and construction safety.This paper proposes the dynamic stability coefficient as an evaluation index of the stability change of the whole machine during the operation of the pump truck.Based on the finite element software HyperWorks and the dynamic analysis software ADAMS,a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of a certain type of concrete pump truck was established.The pumping excitation is applied to the boom to carry out the dynamic simulation of the whole machine,and the change rule of the dynamic stability coefficient of the pump truck is obtained.The results show that the dynamic stability coefficient is reduced by 9.05%compared with the static stability coefficient.This method has engineering application value for analyzing the stability and safety of the pump truck.
