摘要
目的比较腕踝针联合中药熏洗与单用洛索洛芬钠治疗急性肩周炎(ASP)的效果。方法选择2019年1月-12月我院收治ASP患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组采用洛索洛芬钠治疗,观察组采用腕踝针联合中药熏洗治疗,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、疼痛评分(VAS)、肩关节功能评分(CMS)以及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组VAS评分低于治疗前,CMS评分高于治疗前,且观察组VAS评分低于对照组,CMS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)。结论腕踝针联合中药熏洗治疗ASP,对患者中医证候、疼痛症状改善作用确切,能够促进肩关节功能恢复,疗效可靠。
Objective To compare the effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation with loxoprofen sodium alone in the treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis(ASP).Methods A total of 120 patients with ASP admitted to our hospital from January to December2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with loxoprofen sodium,and the observation group was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation.The TCM syndrome score,pain score(VAS),shoulder joint function score(CMS)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,CMS score was higher than that before treatment,and the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,CMS score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Wristankle acupuncture combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment of acute scapulohumeral periarthritis has obvious improvement effect on TCM syndrome and pain symptoms of patients,which can promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,and the curative effect is reliable.
