摘要
选择石英砂与高Cr不锈钢砂对L80-13Cr油套管进行内壁表面喷砂试验,并将喷砂前后管料的特性进行对比分析,包括内壁表面金相检测、模拟加速腐蚀试验、管料喷砂后残余应力检测等。结合分析结果,阐述了API标准要求L80-13Cr产品内壁表面无氧化皮且内喷砂介质不允许产生铁污染的原因。研究表明:喷砂可以有效去除L80-13Cr油套管内壁表面的氧化铁皮,提高耐腐蚀性能;喷砂工艺不会在油套管产品内壁表面产生明显的残余应力,不锈钢砂相比石英砂具有更好的除锈能力和效果,且不锈钢砂不会产生铁污染。
The primary objective was to determine how the internal surface cleaning process of L80-13Cr tubing&casing to influence its product features.The high Cr stainless shots and the quartz sands were used for internal blasting to clean the remaining scales,then the metallographic inspection,the simulated acidification experiment close to the practice environment in oil fields and the residual stress detection were conducted on the pipes before and after blasting,in order to find some variation trends.The results showed that the corrosion resistance of L80-13Cr could be improved after the scale was cleaned by abrasive blasting process.The abrasive blasting process were not cause high residual stress on the internal surface of pipes,and the de-rusting effect of stainless shots was better than that of quartz sands,and the stainless shorts were not cause the iron contamination.
