摘要
目的:探讨盐酸舍曲林与阿戈美拉汀联用治疗抑郁症伴失眠的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年1月黑龙江省第三医院收治的抑郁症伴失眠患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组予以盐酸舍曲林治疗,观察组加用阿戈美拉汀治疗,持续用药6周。比较2组氧化应激反应、睡眠质量、抑郁症状及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应2组比较,均有少量不良反应发生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸舍曲林联合阿戈美拉汀可增强抑郁症伴失眠治疗效果,减轻患者氧化应激反应,改善睡眠质量,促进抑郁症状消失,安全可靠。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine in the treatment of depression with insomnia.Methods:A total of 82 patients with depression and insomnia treated in the Third Hospital of Heilongjiang Province from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sertraline hydrochloride and the observation group was treated with agomelatine for 6 weeks.The oxidative stress reaction,sleep quality,depressive symptoms and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,there were a small number of adverse reactions,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sertraline hydrochloride combined with agomelatine can enhance the therapeutic effect of depression with insomnia,reduce the oxidative stress response of patients,improve sleep quality,promote the disappearance of depressive symptoms,which is safe and reliable.
