摘要
锥形件无模旋压有限元建模对其变形机理研究至关重要。为解决此问题,在锥形件无模旋压工艺的基础上,基于ABAQUS软件建立有限元装配模型、材料模型,设置接触条件、分析步、边界条件、网格划分等,并验证模型有效性,总结建立该模型需要的关键技术和处理方法,为下一步锥形件无模旋压变形机理研究提供技术支持。
The finite element modeling of dieless spinning of conical parts is very important to the study of its deformation mechanism.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of the dieless spinning process of conical parts,a finite element assembly model and material model have been established based on ABAQUS software Model,by setting contact conditions,analysis steps,boundary conditions and mesh division,the validity of the model has been validated.The key technologies and processing methods required to establish the model have been summarized,which provides technology support for the research on the deformation mechanism of dieless spinning of conical parts in the next step.
