摘要
恶性肿瘤现已成为全球范围内威胁人类健康安全的重大疾病之一,因此寻找有效应对恶性肿瘤的防治手段已迫在眉睫,我国传统中草药由于其较好的抗肿瘤作用及安全性受到国内外学者的关注及研究。吴茱萸碱(Evodiamine,EVO)是从中药吴茱萸中提取的有效活性成分,可以通过调控多种信号通路活性、抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、阻滞细胞周期、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡等方面来发挥抗肿瘤作用。文章就近年来关于吴茱萸碱抗肿瘤作用的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床抗肿瘤治疗提供参考价值。
Malignant tumors have become one of the major diseases threatening human health all over the world.Therefore,it is urgent to find effective prevention and treatment methods for malignant tumors.Chinese traditional herbal medicine has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad because of its good anti-tumor effect and safety.Evodiamine(Evo)is an effective active component extracted from Evodia rutaecarpa.It can play an anti-tumor role by regulating the activity of various signal pathways,inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells,blocking cell cycle,and inducing tumor cell apoptosis.This paper reviews the research progress in the anti-tumor effect of Evo in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical anti-tumor therapy.
