摘要
为促进数字广西建设,结合国家信息化指标和广西实际,构建了广西信息化水平测度指标体系,运用熵权法、综合评分法、多元逐步线性回归方法,定量测度2006—2019年广西壮族自治区信息化水平并找出其影响因素。研究发现:(1)2006—2019年广西信息化水平呈逐步上升趋势,但存在着信息基础设施建设动力不足、信息化人才吸引力有待提高的问题。(2)以2008年、2013年、2016年为节点,广西信息化水平发展大致分为起步期、发展期、稳定期和激增期。(3)经济发展显著影响广西信息化水平。
To promote the construction of digital Guangxi,the indicator system for measuring the level of informatization in Guangxi is constructed by combining the national informatization indicator and the actual situation of Guangxi,and the entropy weight method,comprehensive scoring method,and multivariate stepwise linear regression method are applied to quantitatively measure the level of informatization in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2006 to 2019 and fi nd out its infl uencing factors.It was found that fi rst,the level of informatization in Guangxi from 2006 to 2019 showed a gradual upward trend,but there were problems of insuffi cient power of information infrastructure construction and attractiveness of informatization talents to be improved;second,this article takes 2008,2013 and 2016 as nodes,and the development of informatization level in Guangxi is roughly divided into the starting period,development period,stable period and surge period;third,economic development signifi cantly aff ects the level of informatization in Guangxi.
