摘要
通过对某工业园区10家香精香料企业进行现场调查,从源头控制、过程控制和末端控制全过程分析香精香料企业废气治理现状。调查发现,香精香料企业存在组织废气收集率低、无组织废气收集不到位、处理工艺不适当和处理设备能力偏小等问题。建议香精香料企业从提高有组织废气和无组织废气收集率、科学合理设计废气收集系统、采用适宜的废气处理工艺和设备几个方面着手进行整改,以确保废气达标排放,减少废气对公众健康的不良影响。
A survey was conducted by 10 flavor spice enterprises.The situation of waste gas treatment was analysis from the aspects of the source control,process control,terminal control.The survey found low collecting ratio of organized waste gas,unorganized waste gas collecting incomplete,unreasonable treatment,low treatment capacity of equipment.Flavor spice enterprises should improve the collection efficiency of organized an unorganized waste gas,design collection system,and adopt appropriate process and equipment to ensure that the exhaust gas emission standards and reduce the adverse impact of waste gas on public health.
