亚临界CO_(2)系统压缩机性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高亚临界CO_(2)系统压缩机工作效率,搭建了亚临界CO_(2)制冷系统实验台,分析了频率、吸气压力及过热度对压缩机容积效率及系统性能的影响。结果表明,随压缩机频率的增加,制冷系统COP减小,当压缩机频率从30 Hz增大至70 Hz时,系统COP降低了22.37%;压缩机吸气压力升高时,制冷系统COP呈上升趋势,当吸气压力从1.63 MPa增加到1.74 MPa,COP增长率为2.58%;压缩机吸气过热度增加时,系统COP逐渐减小;压缩机容积效率随吸气压力增大而增大,吸气过热度对容积效率影响较小。 In order to improve the efficiency of the compressor of subcritical CO_(2) system,a subcritical CO_(2) refrigeration system test bench was built to analyze the influences of frequency,suction pressure and superheat on the volumetric efficiency of the compressor and system performance.The results show that as the compressor frequency increases,the refrigeration system COP decreases.When the compressor frequency increases from 30 Hz to 70 Hz,the system COP decreases by 22.37%;When the compressor suction pressure increases,the refrigeration system COP shows an upward trend,when the suction pressure increases from 1.63 MPa to 1.74 MPa,the COP growth rate is 2.58%;The compressor volumetric efficiency increases with the suction pressure,and the degree of gas superheat has little effect on volumetric efficiency.
