摘要
以光学等厚干涉实验为例,探讨通过有限元软件模拟仿真光学现象,建立相应光学虚拟仿真实验项目的过程.研究结果表明,光学现象通过有限元仿真所得到的数据与实验室测得的数据是一致的,仿真的结果真实可靠.
Taking the optical interference experiment of equal thickness as an example,the simulation of opti⁃cal phenomena by finite element software is discussed,and the process of corresponding optical virtual simula⁃tion experiment project is established.The research results show that the data of optical phenomena obtained by finite element simulation are consistent with those measured in laboratory,and the simulation results are true and reliable.
