聚天门冬氨酸功能肥对马铃薯生长发育的影响 被引量:2

Effects of polyaspartic acid functional fertilizer on potato growth and development

摘要 [目的]本文旨在探索新型功能肥聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)对马铃薯生长发育的影响。[方法]试验设计有机肥、无机肥、有机肥配施PASP(375 kg·hm^(-2))和无机肥配施PASP(375 kg·hm^(-2))4个处理,在马铃薯苗期、块茎膨大期和成熟期取样测定其农艺性状和生长发育指标。[结果]增施PASP功能肥后:(1)各处理苗期抑制马铃薯形态建成,降低株高并减小叶面积,减少根系发生和干物质积累;(2)在块茎膨大期,有机肥处理株高、茎粗和叶面积指数显著增加,干物质积累量增加,而无机肥处理结果相反;(3)有机肥处理块茎直链淀粉降低5.2%、支链淀粉增加27.5%、还原糖增加44.0%;无机肥处理下使块茎直链淀粉降低12.2%、支链淀粉降低6.3%、蛋白质含量增加48.3%;(4)降低植株氮素吸收量和向块茎转运量,但提高了转运率。[结论]聚天门冬氨酸可以延长马铃薯的生育期,与有机肥混施效果优于无机肥。 [Objective]Current study was aimed to explore the effects of a new functional fertilizer-poly aspartic acid(PASP)on potato growth and development.[Methods]The experiments were designed with four treatments,including organic fertilizer,inorganic fertilizer,organic fertilizer combined with PASP(375 kg·hm^(-2))and inorganic fertilizer combined with PASP(375 kg·hm^(-2)).The sampling was carried out at the seedling stage,tuber expansion stage and mature stage of potato growth.[Results]With the addition of PASP functional fertilizer,the results indicated that(1)At the seedling stage of each treatment,potato morphogenesis was inhibited,plant height and leaf area were decreased,and root system development and dry matter accumulation were reduced.(2)At the tuber expansion stage,plant height,stem diameter and leaf area index were significantly increased(p<0.05)and dry matter accumulation was also increased in the organic fertilizer treatment,while the treatment of the inorganic fertilizer showed opposite results.(3)In the organic fertilizer treatment,tuber amylose decreased by 5.2%,while amylopectin increased by 27.5%,and reducing sugar content was increased by 44.0%.In the inorganic fertilizer treatment,the contents of tuber amylose and amylopectin were decreased by 12.2%and 6.3%,respectively,and the protein content increased by 48.3%.(4)plant ability of nitrogen uptake and transportation volume to tuber was decreased,but transportation rate was increased.[Conclusion]Polyaspartic acid can prolong the growth period of potato,and the effects of the mixed application of polyaspartic acid with organic fertilizer is better than that of the inorganic fertilizer.
