摘要
目的:探讨边缘型人格、社会排斥、失眠和自杀风险之间的关系,以及性别差异。方法:采用人格评定问卷-边缘性特征问卷(PAI-BOR)、大学生社会排斥问卷(SEQ)、失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)以及自杀行为问卷修订版(SBQ-R)对643名大学生将进行问卷调查。结果:边缘型人格可以正向预测大学生自杀风险(r=0.49,P<0.01);社会排斥和失眠在边缘型人格和自杀风险的关系中起部分中介作用(95%CI:0.09~0.22,0.03~0.13),效应值分别为0.15和0.07。性别调节了边缘型人格与自杀风险(β高=0.14、β低=0.03,P<0.001)、社会排斥(β高=0.87、β低=0.57,P<0.001)和失眠(β高=0.40、β低=0.22,P<0.001)的关系。结论:大学生边缘型人格正向预测大学生自杀风险;社会排斥和失眠在边缘型人格和自杀风险的关系中起部分中介作用,性别调节了边缘型人格与自杀风险社会排斥和失眠的关系。
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of social exclusion and insomnia between borderline personality and the risk of suicide and gender difference in college students.Methods:In this study, a total of 643 students from university were assessed with Personality Assessment Questionnaire-Borderline Features Scale(PAI-BOR),Social Exclusion Questionnaire for Undergraduate(SEQ),Insomnia Severity Index Scale(ISI)and Suicidal Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised(SBQ-R).Results:The scores of PAI-BOR had a significantly positive correlation with the scores of SBQ-R(r=0.49,P<0.01).Path analysis showed that social exclusion and insomnia played a part mediating role in the relationship between borderline personality and suicide risk(95% CI:0.09~0.22,0.03~0.13),with effect values of 0.15 and 0.07 respectively.Gender played a statistically significant moderating role in the relationship between borderline personality and suicide risk(β;=0.14,β;=0.03,P<0.001),and gender also played a moderating role in the relationship between borderline personality and social exclusion(β;=0.87,β;=0.57,P<0.001)and insomnia(β;=0.40,β;=0.22,P<0.001).Conclusion:College students’ marginal personality positively predicts their suicide risk;Social exclusion and insomnia play a mediating role in the relationship between borderline personality and suicide risk.Gender moderates the relationship between borderline personality and suicide risk, social exclusion and insomnia.
