针刺灭活肌筋膜疼痛触发点对KOA患者红外热成像特征及临床疗效的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨针刺灭活筋膜疼痛触发点对干预膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效及红外热成像温度的影响。方法:针刺灭活膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节周围肌筋膜疼痛触发点,运用红外热成像分析针刺前后患侧红外温度差异特征及VAS、WOMAC评分变化。结果:针刺肌筋膜疼痛触发点后WOMAC疼痛、僵硬、近期日常功能活动评分明显降低,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前膝髌上囊区、髌骨区、上内区、上外区、鹅足滑囊、内副韧带、外副韧带、内膝眼、外膝眼各区域温度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:针刺灭活肌筋膜疼痛触发点能够缓解膝骨性关节炎的症状,红外热成像检测温度的变化可为膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节疼痛的缓解提供客观的评价依据。 Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture inactivation of fascial pain trigger points on clinical efficacy and IR temperature in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Method Needle pricking of myofascial pain trigger points around the knee,analysis of the difference in infrared temperature on the affected side and changes in VAS and WOMAC scores of the knee.Results WOMAC pain,stiffness and recent daily functional activity scores were reduced by needling myofascial pain trigger points,and the difference was statistically significant compared to the pre-treatment(P<0.05).The difference in temperature of each region of the suprapatellar capsule region,patellar region,superior internal region,superior external region,goose foot capsule,internal collateral ligament,external collateral ligament,internal knee eye and external knee eye before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture inactivation of myofascial The changes in infrared temperature can provide an objective and direct basis for the evaluation of pain relief.
