摘要
目的:研究冠心病患者心率变异性(HRV)、心室晚电位(VLP)、QT间期离散度(QTd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)的相关情况。方法:选取收治的冠心病患者72例,将其作为观察组,另选取同期的健康体检者72例作为对照组,对两组受检对象均进行HRV、VLP、QTd、LVEF检测,比较两组检查结果。结果:观察组的HRV(时域)显著低于对照组。观察组的高频功率(HF)、总功率(TP)显著低于对照组,观察组的低频功率(LF)、低频功率与高频功率之比(LF/HF)显著高于对照组(均P<0.05),对比两组的极低频功率(VLF)、特高频功率(UHF)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的均方根值(RMS)显著低于对照组,观察组的总QRS时间(TQRS)、高频低幅时限(LAS)显著高于对照组,观察组的QTd显著高于对照组,观察组的LVEF显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者对比健康体检者的HRV、VLP、QTd、LVEF具有显著性的差异,这四大指标间具有相应的关联性。
Objective To study the correlation of heart rate variability(HRV),ventricular late potential(VLP),QT interval dispersion(QTd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in patients with coronary heart disease.Method A total of 72 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group,and 72 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.HRV,VLP,QTd and LVEF were detected in both groups,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The HRV(time domain)of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The observation group of high frequency(HF)power and total power(TP)was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the low-frequency power of observation group(LF),the ratio of the low-frequency power and high frequency power(LF/HF)was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),compared two groups of extremely low frequency(VLF)power,the power of ultra-high-frequency(UHF)there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The root mean square value(RMS)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total QRS time(TQRS)and HIGH frequency low amplitude time(LAS)of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).QTd of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the LVEF of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The HRV,VLP,QTd and LVEF of patients with CHD are significantly different from those of healthy subjects,and there is a corresponding correlation between these four indicators.
