摘要
采用气相色谱法检测比较了鲜、干辣椒基质中15种有机磷农药在不同浓度基质标准溶液水平下的基质效应。检测结果表明:敌敌畏、甲拌磷、二嗪磷、毒死蜱、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、甲基异柳磷7种有机磷农药在小米椒基质中表现为弱基质效应;乐果、马拉硫磷、三唑磷3种有机磷农药受基质效应影响显著;甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧乐果、水胺硫磷、丙溴磷5种有机磷农药受基质效应影响程度显著增强。敌敌畏等13种有机磷农药在不同浓度水平下并未呈现出与基质效应影响的关联性;乙酰甲胺磷和氧乐果在小米椒中的基质效应受浓度水平影响显著,在低浓度水平下,其基质效应随农药浓度的增加而增强,随着浓度升高,基质效应呈现减弱的趋势。在进行农药残留检测时,受基质效应影响显著的农药,建议采用基质配标法对目标物质进行定量检测,以确保结果的准确性。
The matrix effects of 15 organophosphorus pesticides in fresh and dry pepper matrix were compared at different concentration levels by gas chromatography.The results showed that 7 organophosphorus pesticides,including dichlorvos,phorate,diazinon,chlorpyrifos,methyl parathion,parathion and isofenphos-methyl appeared weak matrix effect in the pepper.Dimethoate,malathion and triazophos were significantly affected by matrix effect.While the other five organophosphorus pesticides including methamidophos,acephate,omethoate,isocarbophos and profenofos were more significantly affected by matrix effect.13 organophosphorus pesticides such as dichlorvos at different concentration levels didn’t show correlation with matrix effect;the matrix effect of acephate and omethoate in the pepper was significantly affected by their concentration levels;at the low concentration,the matrix effect increased with the increase of acephate and omethoate concentrations,and with the continuous increase of their concentrations,the matrix effect showed a decrease trend.In order to ensure the accuracy of results during the detection of pesticide residues,it is suggested using matrix matching method for the quantitative detection of pesticides which are significantly affected by matrix effect.
