摘要
目的分析结直肠癌(CRC)环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月我院接受外科手术治疗的60例CRC患者为研究对象,并选取同期60例疑似CRC但活检显示结肠组织正常患者作为参照。通过免疫组化法测定所有结直肠组织的COX-2表达,并分析COX-2表达与临床病理特征的相关性。结果CRC组织的COX-2阳性率为46.67%,显著高于正常结直肠组织的11.67%(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移、低分化程度、Ⅲ+Ⅳ期CRC患者的COX-2阳性率高于无淋巴结转移、中-高分化程度、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期CRC患者(χ^(2)=22.547、9.130、15.093,P<0.05)。随着CRC患者淋巴结转移的发生、分化程度减小、TNM分期增加,CRC组织的COX-2阳性率显著升高(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,CRC患者的COX-2阳性率与淋巴结转移、分化程度、TNM分期呈正相关(r=0.749、0.641、0.579,P<0.05)。结论COX-2在CRC组织中呈高表达,且与淋巴结转移、分化程度及TWM分期密切相关,其在CRC发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,临床需要加强监测。
Objective To analyze the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in colorectal cancer(CRC)and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Methods Sixty CRC patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and 60 patients suspected to be CRC but biopsy showing normal colorectal tissues during the same period were selected as the reference.The expression of COX-2 in all colorectal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and its correlation with clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The positive rate of COX-2 in CRC tissues was 46.67%,which was significantly higher than 11.67%in normal colorectal tissues(P<0.05).The positive rates of COX-2 in CRC patients with lymph node metastasis,low differentiation and in stageⅢ+Ⅳwere higher than those in CRC patients without lymph node metastasis,with medium to high differentiation and in stageⅠ-Ⅱ(χ^(2)=22.547,9.130,15.093,P<0.05).With the occurrence of lymph node metastasis,the decrease of differentiation and the increase of TNM stage in CRC patients,the positive rate of COX-2 in CRC tissues increased significantly(P<0.05);Pearson correlation results showed that the positive rate of COX-2 in CRC patients was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,differentiation and TNM stage(r=0.749,0.641,0.579,P<0.05).Conclusion COX-2 is highly expressed in CRC tissues,and is closely related to lymph node metastasis,differentiation and TNM stage.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of CRC,so the clinical monitoring needs to be strengthened.
