摘要
目的探讨基于人文关怀的优质护理服务在妊娠期糖尿病高龄产妇剖宫产围手术期护理中的应用价值。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月在我院妇产科行剖宫产术的74例妊娠期糖尿病高龄产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=37,常规护理)和试验组(n=37,基于人文关怀的优质护理服务)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,试验组的简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术前1 d,试验组的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后30 min,试验组的心率、收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后30 min,试验组的焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀的优质护理服务有利于改善妊娠期糖尿病高龄剖宫产产妇的血糖水平、生活质量和护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing service based on humanistic care in the perioperative nursing of cesarean section in advanced pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods Seventy-four advanced pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent cesarean section in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into control group(n=37,routine nursing)and experimental group(n=37,high-quality nursing service based on humanistic care)according to the digital random table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the short-form-36 health survey(SF-36)score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).One day before operation,the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 30 min after operation,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 30 min after operation,the anxiety score of experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing service based on humanistic care can improve the blood glucose level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of advanced pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus undergoing cesarean section,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
