航天器固态功率控制技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着航天器不断向智能化和大容量方向发展,基于继电器的传统供配电控制方式已无法满足航天器对供配电系统配置管理、故障检测与诊断以及可靠性的要求,采用固态功率控制技术成为当前发展的趋势。固态功率控制器是一种由固态功率器件和智能控制电路组成的无触点开关,主要利用功率电子器件实现开关特性,集继电器的转换功能和断路器的电路保护功能于一体,一般具有过载保护和状态检测功能。通过对固态功率控制器工作原理和主要关键技术的研究,分析了航天器固态功率控制技术在高可靠、小尺寸和高智能化程度方面的优势,并对固态功率控制技术的未来发展方向进行了展望。 With the continuous development of spacecraft towards intelligence and large capacity,the traditional power supply and distribution control mode based on relay can not meet the requirements of spacecraft for power supply and distribution system configuration management,fault detection and diagnosis and reliability.The use of solid-state power control technology has become the current development trend.Solid-state power controller is a contactless switch composed of solid-state power devices and intelligent control circuit.It mainly uses power electronic devices to realize the switching characteristics,integrates the conversion function of relay and the circuit protection function of circuit breaker,and generally has the functions of overload protection and state detection.Through the research on the working principle and main key technologies of solid-state power controller,this paper analyzes the advantages of spacecraft solid-state power control technology in high reliability,small size and high intelligence,and looks forward to the future development direction of solid-state power control technology.
