摘要
目的分析药剂师干预对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血压、血糖及生活质量的影响。方法将该院2020年6月-2021年6月诊治的76例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组38例和观察组38例。对照组患者给予常规用药干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予药剂师干预。比较干预后两组患者的血压、血糖及生活质量水平,干预前后两组患者的用药依从性情况。结果干预后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者物质生活、社会功能、躯体功能及心理功能生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的用药依从性对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组患者的用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药剂师干预可明显改善2型糖尿病合并高血压患者的血压、血糖水平,提高患者的生活质量,利于预后。
Objective To analyze the effect of pharmacist intervention on blood pressure,blood glucose and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods 76 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension diagnosed and treated in the hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group of 38 cases and an observation group of 38 cases.The patients in the control group were given routine drug intervention and the patients in the observation group were given pharmacist intervention on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure,blood glucose and quality of life of the two groups were compared after the intervention.The medication compliance of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life scores of material life,social function,physical function and psychological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in medication compliance between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacist intervention can significantly improve blood pressure and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension,improve the quality of life of patients,and benefit the prognosis.
