摘要
在四丙基溴化铵(TPABr)环境下,用四丙基氢氧化铵(TPAOH)合成了钛硅分子筛(TS-1),采用多种技术进行了表征,并对连续反应器中环己酮的氨化进行了研究。结果表明,随着合成混合物中TPABr浓度的增加,晶体尺寸明显减小,而Ti配位态不受影响;但当TPABr/TPAOH的摩尔比大于0.2时,晶体尺寸不再变化;随着晶体尺寸的减小,TS-1的沉积形成率有效减小,使催化剂寿命显著延长。
TS-1 has been synthesized with tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide(TPAOH)in the presence of tetrapropylammonium bromide(TPABr),characterized by a number of techniques and studied in the ammoximation of cyclohexanone in a continuous reactor.The results showed that the crystal sizes decrease appreciably with increasing the TPABr concentrations in the synthesis mixture while the Ti coordination states are not affected;however,the crystal sizes do not change anymore when the molar ratio of TPABr/TPAOH is higher than 0.2;the deposit formation rate of TS-1 is effectively decreased with the decrease of the crystal sizes,so that the catalyst life increases markedly.
