摘要 目的:优化食品中碘提取的前处理方法,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定碘含量。方法:样品经过5%四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)溶液于70℃水浴超声1 h,功率700 W,离心过滤后取澄清液,以碲作内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定碘含量。结果:方法在0.1~20.0μg·L^(-1)线性关系良好,标准系列曲线方程为Y=0.0797X+0.00424,相关系数r=0.9997,方法检出限为0.0349 mg·kg^(-1),回收率在95%以上,RSD<3%。结论:本方法缩短了前期提取时间,降低了提取温度,结果准确,重现性好,适用于不同含碘量食品的检测。 Objective:To optimize the pretreatment method for iodine extraction in food,and to determine the iodine content by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Method:The samples were sonicated in 5%tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH)solution in a water bath at 70℃for 1 h with a power of 700 W.After centrifugal filtration,the clarified liquid was taken,and tellurium was used as the internal standard to determine iodine by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.Result:The method has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.1~20μg·L^(-1).The standard series curve equation is Y=0.0797X+0.00424,the correlation coefficient r=0.9997,and the detection limit of the method is 0.0349 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate is above 95%,and RSD is less than 3%.Conclusion:This method shortens the early extraction time and reduces the extraction temperature.The results are accurate and reproducible,and it is suitable for the detection of foods with different iodine content.
