摘要
目的探讨医用组织粘合剂对儿童颜面部不同部位皮肤裂伤的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1-8月郑州大学第一附属医院医学美容中心就诊的87例颜面部皮肤裂伤患儿,均采用医用组织粘合剂进行粘合治疗,并按部位分为眼睑组及颌面组进行对照研究。手术中记录手术操作时间和术中疼痛程度。术后平均随访3.5个月(3~6个月),采用患者及观察者双向瘢痕评估量表(POSAS)评估瘢痕形成程度,同时评估患儿满意度情况。结果所有患儿均顺利完成手术,无创口开裂和感染等相关并发症。两组患儿相比较,眼睑组操作时间更长,疼痛程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。颌面组瘢痕POSAS评分为(18.86±4.71)分,眼睑组瘢痕POSAS评分为(20.91±5.30)分,颌面组优于眼睑组,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。眼睑组患儿满意度低于颌面组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用组织粘合剂用于治疗儿童眼睑部皮肤裂伤相较于颌面部操作时间更长,局部疼痛更明显,两组术后均可取得非常好的美容效果。
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of medical tissue adhesive glue on children’s facial skin lacerations in different parts.Methods A total of 87 cases of skin lacerations in the Department of Plastic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to August 2021 were selected and treated with medical tissue adhesive,and they were divided into blepharal and facial groups for control study.Operation time and pain degree were recorded during operation.Mean postoperative follow-up was 3.5 months(3-6 months).The degree of scar formation was assessed by patient and observer scar assessment scale(POSAS).Patient satisfaction were compared in each group.Results All the cases were completed successfully without related complications such as wound cracking and infection.Compared with each group,the blepharal group had longer operation time and more pronounced pain,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The POSAS score was(18.86±4.71)points in facial group,the POSAS score was(20.91±5.30)points in blepharal group,which the facial group performs better,but showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).The satisfaction of children in blepharal group was lower than that in facial group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When medical tissue adhesive is used to treat blepharal skin fissure of children,the operation time is longer and the local pain is more obvious than the maxillofacial operation.Both groups achieved outstanding cosmetic results after operation.
