摘要 目的探讨微生物检验降低感染发生率及对临床合理用药的作用。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2021年2月濮阳市油田总医院患者90例,依据接受微生物检验情况分为接受组、未接受组,各45例,统计分析两组感染发生情况、感染程度、抗菌药物应用情况、临床合理用药情况、满意度。结果接受组患者的感染发生率[6.67%(3/45)]低于未接受组[22.22%(10/45)](χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05)。接受组患者的无感染率、轻度感染率[93.33%(42/45)、6.67%(3/45)]均高于未接受组[77.78%(35/45)、2.22%(1/45)],中度感染率、重度感染率(0、0)均低于未接受组[4.44%(2/45)、15.56%(7/45)](Z=2.259,P<0.05)。接受组患者的抗菌药物应用率[55.56%(25/45)]低于未接受组[91.11%(41/45)](χ^(2)=14.546,P<0.05)。接受组患者的临床合理用药率[60.00%(27/45)]高于未接受组[37.78%(17/45)](χ^(2)=4.447,P<0.05)。接受组患者的满意度[95.56%(43/45)]高于未接受组[80.00%(36/45)](χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05)。结论微生物检验能够有效降低感染发生率,指导临床合理用药。 Objective To explore the effect of microbiological testing on reducing the incidence of infection and clinical rational drug use.Methods Retrospectively selected 90 inpatients in Puyang Oil Field General Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021,and divided them into an acceptance group and a non-accepted group according to their microbiological testing conditions,with 45 cases in each group.Infection occurrence and degree of infection,application of antibacterial drugs,clinical rational drug use and satisfaction were statistically analyzed.Results The incidence of infection in the receiving group was lower than that in the non-receiving group[6.67%(3/45)vs.22.22%(10/45),χ^(2)=4.406,P<0.05].The non-infection rate and mild infection rate of patients in the receiving group were 93.33%(42/45)and 6.67%(3/45),which were higher than those in the non-receiving group[77.78%(35/45)and 2.22%(1/45)].The severe infection rate and severe infection rate were lower than those in the non-receiving group,[0 and 0 vs.4.44%(2/45)and 15.56%(7/45),Z=2.259,P<0.05].The application rate of antibiotics in the receiving group was lower than that in the non-receiving group[55.56%(25/45)vs.91.11%(41/45),χ^(2)=14.546,P<0.05].The clinical rational drug use rate in the receiving group was higher than that in the non-receiving group[60.00%(27/45)vs.37.78%(17/45),χ^(2)=4.447,P<0.05].The satisfaction rate of patients in the receiving group was higher than that in the non-receiving group[95.56%(43/45)vs.80.00%(36/45),χ^(2)=5.075,P<0.05].Conclusion Microbial testing can effectively reduce the incidence of infection and guide clinical rational drug use.
