摘要
由于各种储能技术的动态响应特性存在差异,导致其在不同场景下对于风电机组功率平抑的效果略有不同,因此如何为风电场选取适配的储能方式使其输出功率更加平滑是一个关键问题。为了研究电池、超级电容以及飞轮储能技术在平抑风功率波动方面的适用性,以3 MW直驱风电机组为例,通过建立风电机组和储能系统模型,仿真研究了这3种典型储能技术在两种风速波动场景下对于平抑风电机组功率波动的动态响应特性及效果,并对输出功率的平稳程度进行量化分析。实验结果表明,3种储能系统均能较好地对功率指令曲线做出响应,但在风功率波动度较大时,飞轮储能对于风功率波动的平抑效果更好。
Due to the differences in the dynamic response characteristics of various energy storage technologies,their effects on the power stabilization of wind turbines in different scenarios are slightly different.Therefore,how to select an appropriate energy storage method for wind farms to make the output power smoother is a key issue.In order to study the applicability of batteries,supercapacitors and flywheel energy storage technologies in stabilizing wind power fluctuations,taking a 3 MW direct-drive wind turbine as an example,the three typical energy storage models were simulated and studied by establishing wind turbine and energy storage system models.The dynamic response characteristics and effects of the technology on smoothing the power fluctuations of wind turbines in two wind speed fluctuation scenarios,and the quantitative analysis of the smoothness of the output power.The experimental results show that the three energy storage systems can respond well to the power command curve,but when the wind power fluctuation is large,the flywheel energy storage has a better effect on the stabilization of wind power fluctuation.
