加强全科医生对突发公共卫生事件应急能力培训的探索 被引量:10

摘要 加强突发公共卫生事件应急管理水平是新时期下刻不容缓的医疗卫生事业。完善突发公共卫生事件的应急响应机制并加强国际合作是有效的应对途径。全科医生作为居民健康的“守门人”,在及时预警并处置突发公共卫生事件中具有不可替代的作用。全科医生不但需要熟悉突发公共卫生事件的处置流程,更要在医患沟通、心理素质等各方面均有良好的能力。为及时有效应对突发公共卫生事件,在全科医生规范化培训过程中,需要注重更加全面的人文及专业素养。全科医生应对突发公共卫生事件的规范化培训也是践行“健康中国战略”的具体内容之一,在培训内容及培训方式等方面需要加强探索。 In the new ear,it is an instant medical and health service that improving the emergency capability for the public health emergency.It is an effective way to cope with public health emergency that improving the emergency response mechanisms and strengthen the international cooperation.General practitioners have an indispensable role in the timely warning and response,as the“gatekeepers”of resident health.General practitioners not only need to familiar with the management processes of public health emergency,but also have good performance in terms of patients’communication,and mental abilities.In order to respond to public health emergencies in a timely and effective manner,more comprehensive humanistic and professional qualities should be emphasized in the standardized training of general practitioners.l qualities during the standard training of general practitioners.The standard training of general practitioners about public health emergency is also the specific practical contents of“health China strategy”.
