摘要
为提高聚合物修补砂浆的抗拉强度和粘接强度,运用控制变量法,通过控制纤维尺寸、轻质填料型号、轻质填料含量和用水量(水与砂浆的质量比)等4个变量,研究聚合物修补砂浆的综合力学性能。实验结果表明:在同等条件下,掺加短纤维砂浆体系的14d和28d抗拉强度由3.80MPa增加到4.10MPa,增长7.89%;掺入轻质填料A砂浆体系,其28d抗拉强度、抗压强度和抗折强度分别为4.10MPa、45.80MPa和8.72MPa,均大于掺加其他三种轻质填料的砂浆体系,且不同龄期的粘接强度未见衰减。综合各方面指标,确定轻质填料A的最佳用量为50%,聚合物修补砂浆的最佳用水量为22.0%。
To improve the tensile strength and bonding strength of polymer repair mortar,the controlling variable method was adopted.The comprehensive mechanical properties of polymer repair mortar were studied by changing the fiber size,light filler model,light filler content and water consumption respectively.The results showed that the tensile strength of short fiber mortar system was increased from 3.80MPa(14d)to 4.10MPa(28d)under the same conditions.The tensile strength,compressive strength and flexural strength of light filler A mortar system(28d)were 4.10MPa,45.80MPa and 8.72MPa respectively,which were greater than mortar system mixed with other three light fillers.And,the bonding strength at different ages did not decay.According to various indexes,it was determined that the optimum content of light filler A was 50%,the optimum water consumption was 22.0%.
