家禽重要性状全基因组关联分析研究进展 被引量:3

Research progress of genome-wide association analysis of important traits in poultry

摘要 全基因组关联分析(genome-wide association study,GWAS)是近几年逐渐发展起来研究复杂性状的方法,并且在人类疾病和动植物复杂性状研究中得到广泛应用。随着生物技术的发展,用GWAS研究鸡繁殖性状、体重性状和屠宰性状已经取得了一定成就。文章就GWAS分析方法、步骤、优劣势及在家禽重要经济性状上的研究进展进行综述,以期为家禽育种改良提供新思路。 Genome-wide association study(GWAS) is a gradually developed method to study complex traits in recent years, and has been widely used in the study of human diseases and complex traits in plants and animals. With the development of biotechnology, GWAS has made achievements in reproductive traits, body weight traits and slaughter traits of chickens. In this paper, the analysis methods, procedures, advantages and disadvantages of GWAS and the research progress on important economic traits of poultry were reviewed, in order to provide new ideas for poultry breeding improvement.
