摘要
利用不同浓度的的亚硒酸钠(Na_(2)SeO_(3))、硒酸钠(Na_(2)SeO_(4))处理甜菜种子,对种子萌发的影响及其形态指标和生理生化指标进行测定,得出以下结果:1.本次试验材料"必久"甜菜处理对种子发芽率影响不大,但对发芽指数和活力指数有一定影响,随着浓度的升高,都出现先促进后抑制的现象.2.处理对本次试验材料"必久"甜菜种子萌发时根伸长都具有高浓度时抑制,低浓度促进的现象,对根系活力都有促进作用,其中5.00μmol·L^(-1)的效果最好.3.处理对本次试验材料"必久"甜菜种子萌发时体内可溶性糖含量产生影响,随着浓度的升高,都存在先促进后抑制的现象.其中Na_(2)SeO_(4)对种子萌发时淀粉酶活性呈正相关.
Sugar beet was treated with different concentrations of sodium selenite(Na_(2)Se0_(3))and sodium selenate(Na_(2)Se0_(4))to study the effect on seed germination,and the morphological and physiological and biochemical indexes were measured.The following results were obtained:1 The experimental material“bijiu”beet treatment has little effect on the seed germination rate,but has a certain effect on the germination index and vitality index.With the increase of concentration,the phenomenon of first promotion and then inhibition appears.2.The treatment can inhibit the root elongation at high concentration and promote the root activity at low concentration,including 5.00μmol·L^(-1)was the best.3.The treatment had an effect on the soluble sugar content of ubijiuM sugar beet seeds during germination.With the increase of concentration,there was a phenomenon of promoting first and then inhibiting.Na_(2)Se0_(4)was positively correlated with amylase activity during seed germination.
