摘要 某柴油机飞轮壳在试验过程中多次出现裂纹与断裂,通过ANSYS软件对该飞轮壳结构进行静力学分析,确定了飞轮壳的受力情况和应力分布部位。仿真结果表明飞轮壳的结构设计不合理,飞轮壳容易产生应力集中,这是造成飞轮壳断裂的主因。根据仿真结果对飞轮壳结构进行重新设计,并对新结构再次进行静力学分析与试验,优化后的飞轮壳有效地改善了关键部位的受力,成功解决了飞轮壳断裂问题。 Cracks and fractures occurred many times in the flywheel housing of a diesel engine during the experiment.The structure of the flywheel housing was statically analyzed by ANSYS,and the stress condition and stress distribution position of the flywheel housing were determined.The simulation results show that the structural design of the flywheel housing is unreasonable and the flywheel housing is prone to stress concentration,which is the main reason for the fracture of the flywheel housing.According to the simulation results,the flywheel housing structure is redesigned,and the new structure is simulated and tested again.The optimized flywheel housing effectively improves the stress of key parts and successfully solves the fracture problem of flywheel housing.
