摘要
对国家卫健委(原卫生部)食品添加剂指定标准《食品添加剂五碳双缩醛(又名戊二醛)》(2012年第6号)中五碳双缩醛鉴别试验方法进行改进。替换使用二氯乙烷进行重结晶步骤,细化二氯乙烷重结晶步骤中的溶解温度和溶解方式,并对丙酮回流重结晶步骤进行优化。使用优化后的方法步骤,不会出现难结晶的情况,试验重现性好。
It is to improve the identification test of glutaraldehyde in the National Health Commission(former Ministry of Health)designated standard for Food Additives Glutaraldehyde(also known as glutaral)(Announcement No.6,2012).Ethylene dichloride was used for recrystallization,the dissolution temperature and the dissolution mode of the ethylene dichloride recrystallization step were refined,and the acetone reflux recrystallization step was optimized.Using the optimized method,there is no difficulty in crystallization,and the experimental reproducibility is good.
