摘要
对氨糖软骨素片制备工艺及产品稳定性进行研究。以制粒情况、压片情况及片剂硬度、脆碎度、崩解时间为评价指标,考察黏合剂、润湿剂、润滑剂等辅料用量,并对工艺及产品稳定性进行研究。结果表明,原料混合时间15 min,辅料中聚维酮K30添加量5%,以70%乙醇作为润湿剂制粒,硬脂酸镁添加量1%时压片得到的片剂质量良好,且在贮藏过程中感官、理化、微生物指标及功效成分含量均具有较好稳定性。
The preparation technology and stability of ammoniosaccharide chondroitin tablets were studied.The dosage of adhesive,wetting agent,lubricant and other auxiliary materials were investigated,and the process and product stability were studied with the evaluation indexes of granulation,tablet pressing,tablet hardness,fragility and disintegration time.The experimental results showed when the raw material mixing time of 15 min,the amount of povidone K30 in the auxiliary material of 5%,with 70%ethanol used as the wetting agent for granulation,and the amount of magnesium stearate of 1%,the tablet quality was stable and good.In the storage process,sensory,physical and chemical,microbiological indicators and content of functional ingredients all had good stability.
