摘要
桑黄作为一种中药材,其中含有多糖、黄酮、多酚和萜类化合物等多种生物活性物质,具有抗氧化、抗癌、调节血糖血脂和提高免疫力等多种生物学功能。本文以桑黄活性成分的研究为基础,综合论述了不同活性成分的功能及其作用机理,为桑黄的应用及其新产品的开发提供了理论基础。
As a kind of Chinese medicinal material,Phellinus igniarius contains many biologically active substances,such as polysaccharides,flavonoids,polyphenols and terpenoids,which plays important roles in anti-oxidation,anti-cancer,hypoglycemic and improving immunity.Based on the research of Phellinus igniarius active ingredients,the functions and mechanisms of various active ingredients are comprehensively discussed in this article,which provids a theoretical basis for the application of Phellinus igniarius and the development of its new products.
