摘要 早期的恒压供水设备经常通过电触点压力表控制一个中间继电器,继而通过中间继电器触点来控制接触器,最终由接触器控制电动机带动水泵来供水,使水压稳定在一定范围内。利用变频器自身的各种功能,通过PID功能的控制做到恒压控制,降低设备和维修保养成本,节省安装调试时间,并以LG公司生产的IS7系列变频器为例进行自动恒压供水系统设计。 The early constant pressure water supply equipment often controlled an intermediate relay through the electric contact pressure gauge, and then controlled the contactor through the intermediate relay contact. Finally, the contactor controlled the motor to drive the water pump to supply water, so as to stabilize the water pressure within a certain range. This article using various functions of the frequency converter and PID function control, constant voltage control is achieved to reduce equipment and maintenance costs and save installation and commissioning time. Taking IS7 series frequency converter produced by LG company as an example, this paper designs the automatic constant pressure water supply system.
