摘要
企业如何提升创新绩效是应对要素约束和复杂环境的重要问题,动态能力理论提供了一种解决思路,能力层次论进一步将动态能力分为基础动态能力和高阶动态能力。通过战略性新兴产业和先进制造业197份样本的实证分析,研究结果表明:高阶联盟组合能力显著影响企业创新绩效,并通过基础动态能力对创新绩效产生积极影响。管理实践中,企业不仅要苦练内功,实现创新驱动发展,而且要培育高阶能力,促进创新要素集聚,还要通过强化自身的创新主体地位,组建创新联合体,实现对关键核心技术的创新突破。此外,政府也应充分发挥组织优势和积极引导作用,促进创新联合体的健康发展。
How to improve the innovation performance of enterprises is an important problem in dealing with factor constraints and complex environments.The dynamic capability theory provides a solution.The capability hierarchy theory further divides dynamic capabilities into basic dynamic capabilities and high-level dynamic capabilities.Through empirical analysis of 197 samples of strategic emerging industries and advanced manufacturing industries,the results show that the combined capability of high-level alliances significantly affects the innovation performance of enterprises,and has a positive impact on innovation performance through basic dynamic capabilities.In management practice,enterprises should not only practice hard to realize innovation-driven development,but also cultivate high-level capabilities and promote the agglomeration of innovation elements;they must also strengthen their own innovation subject status and establish an innovation consortium to achieve innovation breakthrough in key core technologies.In addition,the government should also give full play to its organizational advantages and active guiding role to promote the healthy development of the innovation consortium.
