摘要
百香果是一种广泛分布在热带和亚热带地区的西番莲科、西番莲属草质藤本植物。已有研究显示百香果具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎等多种生理活性特点,近年来许多国内外研究人员也正致力于对其化学组分展开更深入的研究,试图探索其更大的应用价值。就百香果的化学成分及其生物活性2个方面展开综述,为今后对百香果的深入认识及由其产生的各种次级代谢产物的研究与开发提供参考。
Passiflora edulis Sims belongs to Passiflora family,Passiflora genus,are widely distributed in tropical and subtropical regions.Research from the country and the abroad have showed that Passiflora edulis Sims has antioxidant,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and other physiological characteristics.In recent years,scholars home and abroad are also committed to a deeper study of its chemical constituents,trying to explore its greater application value.The purpose of the present reviewis was to summarize the chemicalconstituents and biological activities of passion fruit,and provided a reference for the further utilization and development of various secondary metabolites produced by Passiflora edulis Sims.
