摘要
为探究短时高、低温胁迫对草地贪夜蛾的影响,将其3龄幼虫置于36℃和13℃下分别处理8、16、24、32 h,处理结束后观察其各龄生长发育及死亡情况,并比较其于-7℃胁迫下的耐寒性变化。结果表明,与对照组(27℃)相比,草地贪夜蛾3龄幼虫经高温不同时长处理后,其3~6龄幼虫发育历期显著延长,处理32 h组延长至13.496 d;处理8 h组蛹期缩短为8.428 d;处理24、32 h后化蛹率极显著降低。低温处理16、24、32 h后3龄幼虫发育历期均显著长于对照组,其中处理32 h组是对照组的1.543倍;3~6龄幼虫累计发育历期均显著延长;各处理蛹期显著缩短,蛹重极显著低于对照组。高、低温处理后3、4龄幼虫死亡率均显著增大。3龄幼虫经高、低温处理8 h于-7℃下胁迫的耐寒性显著提高。表明一定程度下短时高、低温处理可提高草地贪夜蛾耐寒性,但对其生长发育有不利的影响。
In order to explore the effects of short-term high-and low-temperature stress on the development of Spodoptera frugiperda,the 3rd instar larvae were treated at 36℃and 13℃for 8,16,24 and 32 h,respectively,and then the growth and death of each instar were observed,and their changes in cold tolerance under-7℃stress were compared.The results showed that the developmental duration of the 3rd to 6th instar larvae of S.frugiperda was significantly prolonged after treatment at 36℃for different durations,compared with the control group(26℃),which was extended to 13.496 d in the 32 h treatment group.The pupation period of 8 h treatment group was shortened to 8.428 d.The pupation rate decreased significantly after 24 and 32 h treatment.The developmental duration of the 3rd instar larvae after 16,24 and 32 h of low temperature treatment was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the 32 h group was 1.543 times that of the control group.The cumulative developmental duration of the 3rd to 6th instar larvae was significantly prolonged,the pupal period of each treatment was significantly shortened,and the pupal weight was significantly lower than that of the control group.The mortality of the 3rd and 4th instar larvae increased significantly after high and low temperature treatment.The cold tolerance of the 3rd instar larvae was significantly improved under-7℃stress After 8 h of high and low temperature treatment.It indicated that short-term high and low temperature treatments could improve the cold tolerance of S.frugiperda to a certain extent,but had adverse effects on its growth and development.
