摘要
调蓄池是一种雨水收集和纳污溢流设施,是水环境综合治理中重要的方式之一,对于保障区域水体环境安全具有重要作用。以环东海域(下谭尾湾)排洪工程中4座调蓄池为例,从汇水区域划分、调蓄池的规模确定、调蓄池主要设计内容及其平面竖向布置等方面,介绍调蓄池设计及其运行工况。指出调蓄池对城市水环境、水安全、水资源利用的重要性。本文对排洪截污、流域综合治理等相关工程项目具有指导意义。
Regulation and storage pond is a kind of rainwater collection and sewage discharge overflow facility,which is one of the important ways in the comprehensive treatment of water environment,and plays an important role in ensuring the safety of regional water environment.This study introduces the design and operation conditions of the four storage pools in the flood discharge project in the east sea area(Xiatanwei Bay)from the following aspects:catchment division,the size of storage pools,the main design contents and the vertical layout of the storage pools.The importance of regulating and storage pools to urban water environment,water security and water resources utilization is pointed out.This paper has guiding significance for flood discharge and pollution interception,comprehensive control of river basin and other related engineering projects.
