可升降开放式风洞的流场性能测试与分析方法

摘要 针对可移动+升降+开放式风洞,构建了基于皮托管和微差压变送器组成的测量系统,并运用最大风速、风速不均匀度和风速稳定性等测试方法,对可移动+升降+开放式风洞进行实际测试,验证了测试方法的可行性。测试结果表明,可移动+升降+开放式风洞试验段最大风速大于55 m/s,流场不均匀度小于2.5%,大部分区域气流稳定性系数小于1%,流场品质符合设计要求;同时得到风洞流场风速、均匀性、稳定性与风洞升降高度的关联规律,可为该类风洞的优化设计及优选应用提供支持。 In this paper,aiming at the research on a movable+lift+open wind tunnel,test method for the maximum wind speed,wind speed uniformity and wind speed stability of the measuring system composed of the Pitot tube and the micro differential pressure transmitter is presented;and feasibility of the test method is verified by actually testing the movable+lift+open wind tunnel.The results show that the maximum wind speed of the test section is greater than 55m/s,the non-uniformity of flow field is less than 2.5%,the flow stability coefficient in most areas is less than 1%,and the flow field quality meets the design requirements.At the same time,the relationship between wind speed,uniformity,stability and wind tunnel height is obtained.The study provides theoretical support for the optimal design and application of this kind of wind tunnel.
