摘要
液化气体汽车罐车运动状态改变时,罐内液体会发生相对运动,产生晃动,为了减小罐内液体的晃动程度,增加罐车的行驶稳定性,液化气体汽车罐车罐内设置了一定数量的防波板。但在定期检验时发现部分罐车的防波板出现开裂、脱落。基于检验中发现的防波板问题,分析了设计、制造、检验及使用环节对防波板失效的影响,并提出在同样使用工况下四层横向布置、螺栓连接的铝合金防波板最优,为液化气体汽车罐车合理的布置防波板提供了指导与参考。
When the motion state of the liquefied gas truck changes,the liquid in the tank will move relatively and produce sloshing.In order to reduce the sloshing degree of the liquid in the tank and increase the stability of the tanker,a number of baffles are set in the container of the liquefied gas truck.However,during the regular inspection of liquefied gas tanker,it is found that baffles of some tankers appeared crack and fall.Based on the problems of the baffles found in the inspection,influences on the baffles failure are analyzed from the aspects of design,manufacture,inspection and use,and it is proposed that the aluminum alloy baffles with four horizontal layers and bolted connection is the best under the same working condition.It provides guidance and reference for the reasonable arrangement of baffles for the liquefied gas trucks.
