甜叶菊废渣在畜禽饲料中的综合应用及其作用机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 甜叶菊是一类新型低能甜味剂-甜菊糖苷的主要来源,随着我国甜叶菊的大量种植及甜菊糖苷提取,提取后的甜叶菊废渣污染问题亟待解决。甜叶菊废渣不仅营养物质含量丰富,还富含有甜菊糖苷、绿原酸类及黄酮类等生物活性物质,不合理的处理不仅造成环境污染,还会造成资源浪费。甜叶菊废渣可作为新型饲料原料或饲料添加剂,直接添加或经发酵、提取后添加于畜禽饲料中,具有较好的经济潜力。本文主要综述了甜叶菊废渣在畜禽饲料中的综合应用,并探讨甜叶菊废渣的有效成分及潜在作用机制,为甜叶菊废渣在畜禽饲料中的进一步开发利用提供参考。 Stevia rebaudiana is the main source of steviol glycosides, a new class of low-energy sweetener. With the largescale cultivation of Stevia rebaudiana and the extraction of steviol glycosides in China, the pollution problem of Stevia residue after steviol glycosides extraction needs to be solved urgently. The Stevia rebaudiana residue is not only rich in nutrients, but also rich in bioactive substances such as steviol glycosides, chlorogenic acid, and flavonoids. Improper treatment of Stevia rebaudiana residue will not only cause environmental pollution, but also cause resources waste. Stevia rebaudiana residue can be used as a new feed material or feed additive, which can be added directly or after fermentation or extraction, and has a good economic potential in livestock and poultry feed industry. In this paper, the comprehensive utilization of Stevia rebaudiana residue in livestock and poultry feed was reviewed, and the possible effective components and potential underlying mechanism of Stevia rebaudiana residue were discussed, so as to provide references for the further development and utilization of stevia residue in livestock and poultry feed.
