摘要
文章以中国对外直接投资为对象,考察对外直接投资对所在行业劳动者工资的反向经济效应。论文基于行业特征与劳动力个体差异的视角,提出对外直接投资影响中国国内劳动工资的三方面机制,将中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)数据库的劳动工资数据与中国行业对外直接投资数据进行匹配,引入行业维度的增加值和就业规模开展实证检验。结果显示,中国对外直接投资对国内劳动者整体工资水平产生正向影响;在生产性服务业子样本中,劳动工资的作用程度受到行业自身规模大小的影响,随着行业规模的扩大,对外直接投资对行业内本土劳动工资提升的促进作用会逐渐减少。这对中国从行业差异化角度出发提出针对性的对外直接投资政策具有启示意义。
Based on China′s OFDI, this paper analyzes the reverse economic effect of OFDI on labor remuneration in their industries. This paper considers from the perspective of industry characteristics and individual labor force differences, puts forward three aspects of the mechanism affecting China′s domestic labor wages, and uses the labor wage data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS) database to match the data of China′s industry OFDI. Then we introduce the added value and the scale of employment of the industry dimension for empirical testing. The results show that: China′s OFDI has a positive impact on the overall wage. In the sub-sample of productive services, with the expansion of the industry scale, the role of OFDI in promoting the labor wages in home industry will gradually decrease. This is instructive to put forward the targeted policy from the perspective of industry differentiation in the policy formulation of China′s OFDI promotion.
