摘要
党的十九大报告指出,务必要将解决好“三农”这一核心问题作为党中央和全党工作的重点任务,总要求就是全面推进农业农村现代化,实施乡村振兴战略。实施乡村振兴战略,是解决“三农”问题的必然选择,而同步培育一支懂农业、爱乡村、爱农民的“三农”基层工作队伍更具重大现实意义,因此,突破高校毕业生乡村基层就业的发展瓶颈显得尤为重要。针对目前高校毕业生缺乏良好的职业生涯规划、基层乡村就业意向不强、实践和创新能力不足等现状,文章基于乡村振兴战略,从个人、学校、家庭、政府等四个方面进行策略研究,鼓励高校毕业生到乡村基层就业,加强乡村人才队伍建设,为乡村振兴战略提供坚强有力的人力资源保障,为实现中华民族伟大复兴贡献力量和智慧。
The report of the 19th CPC National Congress pointed out that it is stressed that solving the core issue of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"must be regarded as the key task of the work of the CPC Central Committee and the whole party,and the general requirement is to comprehensively promote agricultural and rural modernization and implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization is the inevitable choice to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and it is of great practical significance to simultaneously cultivate a grass-roots work team of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"who understand agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It is particularly important to break through the bottleneck of rural grass-roots employment of college graduates.Aiming at the current situation of college graduates'lack of good career planning,weak intention of rural employment at the grass-roots level and practical and innovative ability,based on the strategy of rural rejuvenation,a strategic research is carried out from the four aspects of individual,school,family and government to encourage college graduates to work at the rural grass-roots level,strengthen the construction of rural talent team,and provide a strong guarantee of human resources for the strategy of rural revitalization,so as to contribute strength and wisdom to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
