摘要
在全球创新活动网络化特征凸显的背景下,本文利用Python爬虫技术,提取中国在美国专利商标局(USPTO)中申请以及与中国申请专利存在互引关联的所有专利文本。利用文本中专利联合申请和互引信息,按国家(地区)整体、细分国内省份、细分技术领域和典型企业等维度构建创新合作和专利互引网络,对中国在全球创新网络中的地位进行测度和分析。研究发现,中国在全球创新网络中的地位逐渐提升,国际专利的合作广度、合作强度以及被引用次数不断增加。但对美国等发达国家的技术依赖度仍然较高。在全球创新网络地位提升的过程中,境内各省份间跨区域创新协同作用得到了充分体现。从细分技术领域看,中国在信息通讯和集成电路等领域融入全球创新网络程度不断加深,与国(境)外领先者建立密切的合作关系,但在稀土矿产等领域的合作伙伴数量有限。此外,核心技术领域出现了部分具有网络优势的龙头企业。中国正与其他创新国家(地区)形成“你中有我、我中有你”的网络格局。
In the context of the prominent networked characteristics of global innovation activities,this paper constructs a global innovation cooperation and a global mutual citation network based on the United States Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO)database.Python crawler technology is used to extract all relevant patent text information of China and its partners.China s position is calculated in the dimensions of the country as a whole,subdivided domestic provinces,subdivided technical fields,and typical enterprises.The study finds that China s position in the global innovation network is gradually improving from the perspectives of the breadth and strength of international patent cooperation and mutual citation.The degree of inter-provincial innovation cooperation within China is also gradually increasing.From the perspective of subdivided technical fields,China has integrated into the global innovation network in the fields of information communication and integrated circuits,and has established deep patent partnerships with foreign leaders,but the number of partners in the fields of rare earth minerals is still limited.In addition,some leading companies with network advantages have emerged in the core technology field.China is forming a network structure with other innovative countries in which you are in me and I am in you.
