摘要
食品安全越来越受到人们的关注,而高校属于用餐人数较多的聚集性场所,为保证高校师生用餐安全,应对食品安全管理工作提出更高的要求。但从现阶段高校食品安全管理的实际情况来看,管理方式较为粗放,未建立相对完善的管理体系,导致高校食品安全面临较大的风险。基于此,本文对高校食品安全管理的重要性展开分析,再结合当前高校食品安全管理情况,指出在管理工作中存在的问题,并提出食品安全保障与管理的有效措施,希望通过此次研究提升高校的食品安全。
Food safety has attracted more and more attention,and colleges and universities belong to the gathering place with many dining personnel.In order to ensure the dining safety of college teachers and students,the food safety management work has put forward higher requirements.However,from the actual situation of food safety management in colleges and universities at the present stage,the management mode is relatively extensive,and a relatively perfect management system has not been established,so that the food safety in colleges and universities is facing great risks.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of food safety management in colleges and universities,and combines the current situation of food safety management in colleges and universities,points out the problems existing in the management work,and finally puts forward the effective measures of food safety guarantee and management,hoping that the food safety in colleges and universities can be improved through this research.
